1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Karigor Haat and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order.
2. Use of the Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that is fraudulent or harmful, and you must provide accurate information when placing an order.
3. Products, Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Because our crafts are handmade from natural materials such as jute, clay, wood and thread, colour, texture and small details vary from piece to piece — images are representative rather than exact. Descriptions and prices (in Bangladeshi Taka, BDT) are shown as accurately as possible but may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a pricing or stock error has occurred.
4. Handmade Nature of Goods
Every item sold by Karigor Haat is handcrafted by artisans. Minor irregularities in weave, glaze, carving or stitching are natural characteristics of handmade work, not defects, and are not grounds for return on their own.
5. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment via the methods shown at checkout (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card through our payment partner). Online payments are collected in full at checkout; COD is collected at the time of delivery.
6. Delivery & Packaging
Delivery times and charges are estimates shown at checkout and may vary with location, demand and courier conditions outside our control. Fragile items (terracotta, pottery, glass) are packed with extra protection. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct, as we may call to confirm your order before dispatch.
7. Custom & Bulk Orders
Personalised and bulk (corporate) pieces are crafted to your specifications and may require an advance payment. Because they are made specifically for you, custom orders are generally non-refundable except in the case of a genuine quality defect or breakage in transit.
8. Returns, Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel a ready-made order before it is dispatched. After delivery, eligible ready-made items may be returned or exchanged for a genuine quality issue or a wrong/damaged product if you contact us within a reasonable time of receiving the order, with the item unused and in its original condition. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as agreed for COD orders.
9. Privacy & Your Data

10. Intellectual Property
